A Healthy domain means Split Hero successfully reached the website and found the correct snippet inside the page’s <head>.
It confirms that the domain installation is working.
It does not confirm that every campaign on that domain is active or configured correctly.
Use the checks below when the domain is Healthy but visits, variants or results are not appearing as expected.
Open the campaign in Split Hero and check its current status.
Make sure it has been started and is not:
A draft
Paused
Stopped
Archived
Waiting for additional setup
A Healthy domain can be connected even when no campaign is currently running.
Confirm that the campaign is using the same connected domain where the snippet is installed.
This is especially important when your account contains similar domains, such as:
example.com
www.example.com
staging.example.com
Selecting the wrong domain can prevent the campaign from matching the website being visited.
Review every URL used by the campaign.
Make sure:
The URLs point to published pages
The pages exist
The hostname matches the connected domain
There are no spelling mistakes
The visitor is opening the expected campaign page
Old or staging URLs have not been used accidentally
Test each URL directly in a private browser window.
A Healthy status verifies the domain’s published page during the connection check.
Your website template should normally place the snippet in the global <head> so it appears on every page involved in the campaign.
Open the page source for each campaign URL and confirm that the Split Hero snippet is present.
This is particularly important when:
Different pages use different templates
Landing pages are hosted by another service
Checkout pages use a separate platform
Some pages belong to a subdomain
The snippet was added only to the homepage
A cached campaign page may still be serving an older version without the latest Split Hero configuration.
Clear relevant website, hosting and CDN caches after:
Installing the snippet
Changing campaign pages
Updating templates
Publishing a new campaign version
Moving a page to another URL
Then reload the page in a private browser window.
Previous cookies or an existing browser session can affect what you see during testing.
Try:
Opening a new private or incognito browser window.
Visiting the exact campaign URL.
Avoiding browser extensions that block scripts.
Waiting for the page to load completely.
Checking Split Hero again after the visit.
Domain installation and conversion tracking are separate parts of the setup.
A campaign may receive visits while still showing no conversions when:
A conversion goal has not been configured
The wrong goal has been selected
The conversion happens on a different domain or subdomain
The conversion page does not contain the required tracking setup
The expected action has not occurred
Review the campaign’s conversion configuration separately from the domain status.
Some visitors or browsers may block tracking scripts.
During testing, check whether:
A browser extension is blocking the snippet
A content-security policy is preventing it from loading
A consent platform delays or blocks it
A performance tool has altered the script
The browser console reports a loading error
Test in a clean private browser session with extensions disabled.
Collect the following before contacting Split Hero support:
The campaign name
The connected domain
The exact campaign URLs
The browser used
Whether you tested in a private window
Screenshots of the campaign status
Any browser console errors
Confirmation that the snippet appears in the page source
